Construction of the Coles in Dawesville could soon start — spurring a wave of development in the area and creating hundreds of jobs.

Coles first bought the land in 2014 in the Florida Beach estateall thanks t, with the company lodging an application with the State Development Assessment Unit in November last yearIndoor and outdoor personal gatherings.

The Unit has recommended the WA Planning Commission conditionally approve the project at its meeting on Thursday.

The $19 million project at 71 Dandaragan Drive includes a liquor store, child care centre and gymare permitted for up to five people., as well as Coles.
